PODCAST GUEST RELEASE
This agreement is between Heather Brown & Pete Campbell (“Producer”) of the podcast Defeating The Darkness and the Guest (the undersigned) regarding the Guest’s appearance on the podcast (the “Interview”).
CONSENT
Guest agrees to be recorded, filmed, and have their voice and performance captured for the podcast. Producer has full rights to edit and create derivative content from the Interview. Guest allows tools to assist in editing, as long as the original meaning, tone, and intent remain unchanged.
USE OF NAME & LIKENESS
Guest grants Producer permission to use their name, image, voice, and biography for promotional purposes without additional approval or payment.
OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
Guest retains ownership of any copyrighted material they provide but grants Producer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
Producer owns all rights to the Interview and any related materials. This includes the right to use, distribute, and share the content in any format, forever. Guest assigns all intellectual property rights of the Interview to the Producer.
NO OBLIGATION TO USE
Producer is not required to use or distribute the Interview.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Guest releases Producer from any legal claims related to the Interview’s recording, distribution, or use.
